Commissions

GENERAL

1. Please only participate in a transaction with me if you are an adult, 18 years of age or older, and have a PayPal account that allows you to pay yourself.
2. By commissioning me, you agreed to my terms of service.
3. I will basically draw your VTuber and OC. I will not accept fan art of other characters.
4. I do not accept requests disguised as fan art.
5. Acceptance will be determined based on the client’s ability and performance.
6. Commissions containing NSFW content or offensive themes will not be accepted.
7. Please note that we may refuse your application.
8. Successful applicants will be notified within one week. I will not reply to those we cannot accept.

USE and INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

1. Basically, the copyright of the work belongs to me, the creator.
2. I retain the right to post the work produced in my portfolio and on social media.
3. I do not allow my art to be used for NFTs and or AIs.
4. If you use my work for the purpose of selling goods or other products, a commercial fee will be added according to the content.
5. Current commercial use rights (one-time purchase for any use) +$50-$300

PAYMENT and REFUNDS

1. Prices are subject to increase in the future.
2. I only accept PayPal payments.
3. Normally 50% of the price or the full amount must be paid in advance.
4. Revisions will be handled within the fee, but if many overlap, an additional fee will be charged.
5. Orders will be cancelled by the artist if these terms and conditions are violated or if no response is received for two weeks.
6. In the event of unavoidable cancellation or if we cancel, the amount of refund will depend on the work process.
7. -Cancellation before payment: No cost.
8. -Cancellation at the start of rough draft: 50% of the cost will be refunded.
9. -Cancellation at the start of line drawing: 20% of the cost will be refunded.
10. -Cancellation at the start of coloring: 10% of the cost will be refunded.
11. In the event of cancellation, you will not receive all rights to the artwork.
12. Once the rough sketch is completed and the line drawing is started, I cannot accept revisions to the entire image. If it is absolutely necessary, an additional fee will be charged.
13. Although I will strictly adhere to delivery deadlines, I may perform other FA tasks as part of my sales activities. Please understand.
